• Order issues (broken download, wrong file, etc.) — message us directly through your Etsy purchase. Etsy threads keep the file delivery and messaging in one place.
• Licensing & commercial use — email us and tell us what you have in mind. The default Etsy license is personal-use only.
• Press / partnerships — same email; please include “press” in the subject so we can route it.
